Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): delivery is tentatively expected within 72 hours of shipment. European EU countries (DDP): delivery is tentatively expected within 5 working days of shipment. European non-EU countries (DDU): delivery is tentatively expected within 7 working days of shipment. Rest of the world: delivery is tentatively scheduled up to 10/12 days from shipment with Express Service.
Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the packaging is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reserve or refuse the delivery. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
